越南数学奥林匹克`tikz`封面设计

最近接了哈工大出版社一个活，要翻译一本1962-2009年的越南数学奥林匹克。然后我就除了内容之外，顺便把原书的封面也画了一个，封底和封面以及代码如下

        从1962年开始，越南就一直积极举办国家数学竞赛，即越南数学奥林匹克（VMO）. 在全球舞台上，越南也从1974年开始参加国际数学竞赛（IMO），并且长期出现在排行榜前十.
